BSI Student Thesis Awards 2019

In 2016, the BSI launched its BSI Student Thesis Awards, annual prizes that reward the excellence of final theses on Brussels. The winners are offered a sum of € 2,000 as well as personalized follow-up in the context of a possible peer-reviewed publication in the scientific journal Brussels Studies. At a public event, the students selected by the jury also receive the opportunity to present their research and the announcement of the winners takes place.

This year, the ISB will be able to award several prizes for a thesis on Brussels, thanks to the support of the Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie and the Commission communautaire française (COCOF).
