Sabine Pohl is a professor of work and organisational psychology at Université libre de Bruxelles and director of the Centre de Recherche de Psychologie du Travail et de la Consommation. Her research aims to identify and understand the organisational practices and supervisor relationships which lead to pro-social behaviour and well-being at work.
