Mohamad-Amin Alomar holds a law degree from the University of Damascus, a master’s degree in public administration and a doctorate in political and social sciences from UCLouvain. He is an associate researcher and guest lecturer at UCLouvain. He is director of the Belgian Academy of Research and Vocational Qualification.
