Bio

As senior researcher, Marlen Komorowski‘s work focuses on media and creative industries-related projects, industry clustering, economic geography, innovation ecosystem and value network analysis, new business models and the impact of the digitization on industries and firms.

In 2019 she finished her PhD in Media and Communication Studies at the VUB. She is senior researcher at imec-SMIT-VUB (Studies on Media, Innovation & Technology) and works as Senior Researcher at Cardiff University. Her expertise lies in quantitative research methods as well as statistics and advanced research methodologies while focusing on media economics in places.
