Jacques Moriau is a researcher at the Conseil Bruxellois de Coordination Socio-politique (CBCS), research coordinator at CREBIS and member of the METICES centre at the ULB Institut de Sociologie. He works mainly on regional public policy in the fields of social benefits and primary health care.
