Bio

Michele Cincera is Professor of Industrial Economics at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management – Université Libre de Bruxelles. Since 2012, he has been director of the International Center for Innovation, Technology and Education Studies (iCite). In 2009-2010, he visited EC-JRC-IPTS as a senior scientist. His research interests include quantitative evaluation at the micro level of innovative and entrepreneurial activities, their determinants and socio-economic impacts, as well as the analysis of national innovation systems and policies supporting science, research and innovation.
