Bio

Nele Aernouts is an architect, urban designer and researcher. Since 2013 she has been conducting research on collective dwelling forms that address the housing needs of underprivileged groups. By focusing on the Brussels-Capital Region, her main interest is to uncover the complex interplay between planning processes and spatial configurations of social housing estates and the co-habitation of its residents.
