If it is Brussels’ diversity that defines its richness, we urgently need
to adapt the still persistent bi-communitarian narrative, to a new, cosmopolitan cultural plan for Brussels. However, which are the diversities we want to represent, under which articulations? How can these new urban narratives find their way in songs, images, objects, etc. for Brussels to remain a European capital of culture, long after 2030?
