Bio
Mareile Wiegmann acquired a MSc in International Spatial Planning at University College London (UCL) after completing a Bachelor in Integrated Social Sciences at Jacobs University Bremen, Germany. During her time as a researcher with VUB-MOBI, supervised by Prof. dr. Cathy Macharis, her work was situated in the field of sustainable mobility, with the main focus on participatory co-creation methodologies like Living Labs in the realm of traffic calming and pedestrianisation. She has since turned towards educating and mentoring on sound personal finance and Financial Independence.
