Olivier Patris is deputy head of the economics department at Haute École Charlemagne, where he is director of the Laboratoire de didactique de la réception et de l’accueil. He teaches the digitalisation of hotel businesses as part of the Certificat interuniversitaire en management hôtelier et touristique. Within the Cap-SMART project, he studied the adaptation of initial and continuing training courses to the digital transformation of the tourism, hospitality and events sectors.
